Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Alpine Outlets
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture items.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
